De iTunes Music Store México

¡Al fin! Llega el mes de agosto y con ello también el lanzamiento de la sucursal mexicana de iTunes Music Store y la venta digital de música (y en el futuro también de películas y series de televisión) con tarjeta de crédito o prepagadas, como las que se muestran en la imagen que venden en ya varias tiendas de autoservicio del país.
El estreno trajo consigo un catálogo algo limitado, pero veremos como incrementa su contenido con el tiempo. También comentan algunos usuarios que hay ciertas irregularidades en los precios, en particular costos demasiado elevados en algunas recopilaciones. Esperemos eso se arregle pronto, el precio standard de cada canción es de 12 pesos mexicanos.
Por ahora, nuestros invitados en el show de PanameriKa de la semana Hello Seahorse! tienen el sencillo de la semana y “Bestia” se ofrece como descarga gratuita.
El lanzamiento de iTunes Music Store México es un avance para la venta de la música en América Latina. Esperemos ver que se adopte el modelo con sucursales en otros países hispanos.
