Picotero es el nombre del debut internacional de los bogotanos Monareta. “Picotero” es también un mote para los pinchadiscos que, a bordo de camionetas Pick-Up (picós), montan sus sistemas de sonido, para llevar la fiesta móvil a lo largo de la Costa Atlántica colombiana.
Esto es un PanameriKa tropi-dubbero sobre ruedas, ya que Camilo Sanabria y Andrés Martinez (el dúo que compone a Monareta), se declaran fans de la bicicleta como medio de transporte sustentable: nótese que Monareta es también el nombre para un modelo de bicicleta ochentera y que Bogotá es conocida por sus agresivas campañas para promover el uso generalizado de la bicla.
Escuche, parse, este PanameriKa berraquero que pedaleará de la cumbia, al dub y al electro, para regodearse bacanamente en las champetas y cancioncitas vintage del cancionero colombiano. ¿Qué o qué, viejoman?
